In today's workforce, women really needs to move fast - to be at par with men; should be at the key point in decision making - for women themselves can be powerful and influential and should also take a greater interest in women's organisations at all levels. Why???
- Time has evolved and it can be seen today that there is a growing prominent of women in many fields and more of them are highly educated
- In order to have a successful career women needs to move fast as career opportunities are too challenging
- There is need for women workforce to supplement as well as compliment to the country's much envied growth rate - or else women would be totally left out
- The future of this century is full of challenges, thus women needs to do a very good and tough job to navigate through it
- To accomodate to the fast changes of time and cultural development in society
