A Simple Stir-Fry Mixed Vegetable

This simple dish comprises of young corn, lotus roots, brocolli, leek and meat. Though it is just a simple dish but it's nutritious.

Recent studies confirm that lotus roots were found to be rich in dietary fiber, Vitamin C, Potassium, Vitamin B6, Phosphorus, Copper, Manganese, and others while it is low in saturated fat. Brocolli however contains high level of the glucosinolate compound glucoraphanin. A breakdown product of this was found to neutralize damage to cells and so help to prevent cancer.

For infor, lotus roots are used as vegetables in soups as well as sitr-fried dishes. Though it doesn't looks nice but it really taste great. So, lets eat more of these vegetables which are good for health.
