Comes in a package of two.....[Part 2]

It's a bright Friday morning, we started our day with a stroll through the garden of our hotel to get to the cafe for breakfast.  Along the way we stop by to capture some photographs....

The beautiful scenery is most captivating, and we enjoyed being there so much even though the breakfast is simple and just 'so-so'.  But we just couldn't stay there for long as we need to keep going....

Our first itinerary for the day....

Though the sun is bright and hot, but the breathtaking views and windy environment makes us enjoy every moment of it.  It is said that 'if you have been to Langkawi but have not been to this place, it is considered you've not been to Langkawi'.  YES, we are here!

Our next stop....
Feeding the raccoons, it has soft paws ~ lovely ~

Feeding the 'love birds'
Hornbill
It's an interesting one hour tour through this beautiful place surrounded by many different types of birds, animals, fish, where some are tame but others wild which are being kept in locked cages and doors.  If you are interested to know more, come and visit to experience it for yourself!

Galeria Perdana is the next place of visit in our itinerary.....

This unique gallery was built to display and share with everyone the various awards, souvenirs and gifts the Prime Minister and his wife received from world leaders, statesmen as well as Malaysians during his tenure.  Each exhibits are being accompanied with footnotes.....
Tonga Stand (Muree), a gift from Pakistan

A beautiful Tea set, serviette holder and cutlery set, which is a gift from Ibu Tien Soeharto, The Republic of Indonesia on 16 September 1994.  There are still many photos which I would like to share in picture but sad to say that my internet is too weak and it takes ages for me to upload a photo ~ sad ~

We continue on with our journey, a relaxing and tranquilizing one, enjoying the peace and quietness of nature surrounding the whole stretch of road.  It's noon and it's time to call for a 'break-for-food', but looking at the surrounding "where to find food?" BUT, not long after that we saw......

Parked our car by the roadside, take a seat, ordered our food of Chicken Chop and Lamb Shoulder Chop and taking our time to slowly munch our chops and enjoying the sea breeze in a carefree and stress-free state of mind - oh! what a BLISS!

We drove many more kilometers ahead, thinking of wanna enjoy the tranquility of  this beautiful resort -The- DATAI, which is at the end of that long stretch of road, but to our disappointment it's a 'PRIVATE BEACH', so  we capture few photos of the outside surrounding and turn back.....

It's not much of a disappointment though, as the scenic views are over-powering the whole situation "WOW!"  There is a beautiful Golf Course, must be for the rich.  Would love to share the pictures I've captured but the internet service is so miserable "it takes me 35 minutes to get one photo uploaded"  Grrrrrrr.... really frustrated!!!  Let me publish this part 2 of my write-up first and will continue on a weekday, next week.  It's Saturday today, many people are using the internet and with the congestion even on weekdays, not to mention weekend! See you all then......
