Multitude ways of serving noodles.......

With variety of noodles available in our local market, we get to have opportunity to prepare noodle dishes in many ways, ranging from dry, soup or fried. Noodles are served at any meals, even for breakfast. I recall a friendly comment from a european couple having breakfast at a local hotel in Penang that it is not a norm for them have noodles for breakfast, instead just bread and eggs which we normally called 'American Breakfast'.

Noodles are most popular among the Chinese families, either eating out or home cooked. Personally, I've tried a hand on some of the types of noodles available from our local market and here's the outcome of it........
