Since it is easy and simple to cook, I would like to share it with all readers, especially those who are working and couldn't find much time to do preparation.
I rather name it 'Chicken with dried scallops and chinese mushroom'.
Ingredients:-
- Chicken (clean and cut into desired bite-size pieces)
- Dried Scallops (wash & soak in water for few hours, best is soak in the morning and is ready for cooking when you get home in the afternoon)
- Chinese mushrooms (wash & soak till soft)
- Shredded ginger
Methods:-
- Put sesame oil in kuali & fry the shredded ginger till golden in colour
- Add in chicken pieces & fry till meat is tough
- Put in the scallops (together with the water) & mushroom
- Add in the seasonings & stir well
- Add more water if necessary
- When cooked, serve!
