To be a leader or person others will remember for the rest of their lives is not only to be a great person or someone who have unusual strengths or uniqueness. Rather, you are remembered because of simple behaviour that were motivating to others, like showing compassion when someone's child is sick, remembering their birthdays for the matter, and many more. Why?? Because these memories are charged with feelings!
A person may have accomplished much achievements in an organisation or company, and as a consequence, got written up in the papers and recognised with award after award. But all these won't mean a thing to the man in the street, or to an ordinary employee on the lowest rung of the organisation.
So whatever we are doing, there is need for us to be concern over people around us and try to give our utmost assistance to them as and when required. There will come a time when we are in need of help and we have all the wonderful people standing by us.

I fully agree with you. A leader need not have to boast about his achievements. A great leader is always humble in his dealings. The more humble you are the more respect you'll gain.
